1. Scope

Refunds and disputes apply only when Opeer takes or holds money. No payments are taken today. No escrow is live.

2. How a dispute is resolved

A participant (or sponsor) will be able to raise a dispute. A refund, if any, would be subject to review. This process is preliminary.

3. Timelines

Timelines and eligibility are subject to legal review. None are binding until this document is legal-reviewed and published.
